Welcome to the Local Safeguarding Children Partnership in Sutton

Sutton LSCP is a strategic partnership function under primary legislation, regulations and Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023 statutory guidance. The new requirements came into effect on 1 July 2019 and sets out that the three statutory safeguarding partners - the Local Authority, Integrated Care Board and the Police have equal and joint responsibility for the Local Safeguarding Arrangements.

Sutton LSCP provides safeguarding training and e-learning courses that can be accessed by all professionals and volunteers working with children and families in Sutton. More information is available on our Learning & Development page.
